Jack Owens

Jack Owens has extensive experience in procurement and project management within the energy sector. Currently serving as Plant Manager and Project Manager at Quarter Turn Resources since April 2017, Jack oversees procurement activities for the Northeast Region's Operation group. Prior roles include Supply Chain Manager at Enbridge for a brief period in early 2017, and several positions at Spectra Energy from 2010 to 2017, where responsibilities ranged from Sourcing Manager to Sr Procurement Specialist, focusing on procurement for valves and actuation in Capital Projects. Jack's career began at Brown & Root as a Sr. Buyer from 1990 to 1995, managing procurement for various domestic and international projects. Additionally, Jack worked as a consultant for Resources Global Professionals at Spectra Energy's Supply Chain group from 2008 to 2010. Jack holds a BBA in Business Management from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
