Shahid Rivera

Shahid Rivera is an accomplished Property Manager with extensive experience in managing luxury residential properties. Currently at Quarterra Group since January 2023, Rivera successfully increased occupancy rates and developed effective leasing teams. Previous roles include managing property operations at RMK Management Corporation, where similar achievements were noted, including enhanced occupancy and lease management. Prior experience includes portfolio leasing management at Tandem, leasing management at Willow Bridge Property Company, and various positions in marketing and sales at Luxury Living Chicago Realty, Greystar, and Radial Inc. Shahid Rivera holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Lewis University and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Joliet Junior College.
