Tracy Peacock

Tracy Peacock is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management within the real estate and property management sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations for the Southeast, Northeast, and Mid-Atlantic regions at Quarterra Group, formerly LMC, a Lennar Company, Tracy has previously held the position of Director of Operations for the Southeast at the same company. Tracy's expertise also includes serving as Director of Built-To-Rent at Ares Management Corporation in London, UK, and as Senior Regional Manager at Lennar Multifamily in Chicago, IL. Prior roles include Regional Operations Manager at Greystar and Regional Manager at Lieberman Management Services, both located in Downtown Chicago. Academically, Tracy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Grand Valley State University and a CID designation in Common Interest Development from IREM.
