Tushar Athare has been working in the software development industry since 2018. In 2018, they began working as a Web Developer at Starburst Solutions, where they worked on websites such as KohinoorFurniture.com and DreamHomeDevelopers.co. In 2019, they took on the role of Manager at TRIOS Coworking Pvt Ltd and Python BackEnd Developer at Mancorp Innovation Labs. Currently, they are a Software Development Engineer at Quartic.ai.

Tushar Athare completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Sinhgad Institute of Technology in 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Computer Engineering from Dr. D.Y.Patil Polytechnic in 2016.
