Sam Jones

Sam Jones has extensive experience in technical support and leadership roles, currently serving as the 1st Line Support Team Leader at Quartix UK since April 2018. Previous positions include Senior US Tech Support Analyst and Tech Support Analyst at Quartix UK, as well as EPOS Support Analyst and roles in mail order at Laura Ashley from January 2015 to April 2018. Sam's early career spans various positions at Hilltop and Ego Computers & Games, including IT/Sales/Production and shop assistant roles. Sam holds a BTEC Level 2 Diploma in Creative Media & Production from Grŵp Colegau NPTC Group of Colleges and is a graduate of Newtown High School.
