Jeff Weigand

Jeff Weigand is an experienced professional in information technology and facilities management, currently serving as the Manager of Facilities Construction and Distribution Services at Quartz Health Solutions since September 2021. Previously, Jeff held the position of VP of the Business Technology Office at WPS Health Solutions, where responsibilities included managing a diverse team of over 100 full-time employees and contractors, overseeing a budget of $34.5 million, and successfully launching key initiatives such as the Enterprise Architecture Practice and new IT governance processes. As Deputy Chief Information Officer at the Wisconsin Department of Administration, Jeff led a team of 162 and established a strategic vision for Enterprise IT, focusing on governance and performance metrics.
