Fabian Zickel

Fabian Zickel currently serves as Energiemanager at Quarzwerke, focusing on optimizing the group's energy requirements with respect to resource conservation, climate protection, cost efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Previously, Zickel held the position of Projektleiter/Ingenieur at Limón GmbH, where responsibilities included leading various transformation projects. Zickel also contributed as a Masterstudent at manageE GmbH & Co. KG, working on a thesis related to the development of a hardware and software platform for predictive energy management systems. Earlier experiences include roles at Gebr. Becker GmbH as a student assistant and project collaborator, and an internship at Air Liquide. Zickel holds a Master of Science degree in Renewable Energies and has completed a certificate program in Energy Consulting and Energy-Efficient Building Renovation from Cologne University of Applied Sciences, alongside a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Fachhochschule Südwestfalen.
