Will Guice

Will Guice has over 20 years of work experience in a variety of roles. Will began their career in 1998 as a ROC Desk Team Member at SkyTel. In 2001, they became the Director of Operations/Web Developer at The University of Mississippi. In 2008, they joined Hospitality Control Solutions as an Account Manager, where they were responsible for the sales and service of multiple technology systems. In 2010, they joined Apple as an FRS/Creative, where they were a full-time sales and training specialist. From 2012 to 2017, they worked at Newk's Eatery as a Restaurant Technology Specialist. During this time, they were responsible for supporting multi-unit franchisees with all in-store and above-store technology needs. In 2017, they became the Manager of Store Systems Engineering and Store Systems Manager at Smoothie King (SKFI). In 2020, they became an Experienced Implementation Engineer at PAR Data Central®. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Qu POS as a Solutions Architect.

Will Guice obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government from the University of Mississippi between 2001 and 2005. In June 2019, they obtained a Certified Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Alliance.
