Cristian Cazan

Cristian Cazan has a diverse work experience in the field of software development and technical leadership. Cristian started their career in 2017 at Qubiz, where they began as a Software Developer. In this role, they were responsible for developing and monitoring cloud applications, actively participating in architectural discussions, and implementing functionalities in a performant and secure manner. Cristian also conducted code reviews and collaborated with clients to clarify requirements.

After serving as a Software Developer for over two years, Cristian advanced to the position of Team Lead in March 2020. In addition to their software development responsibilities, they took on the role of overseeing development teams, providing support as needed, and delegating assignments to team members.
