Ricardo Simon started their work experience in 2003 as a trainee at Siemens. Ricardo then worked as an Analyst at BenQ Mobile from 2005 to 2006. Following that, they served as the Resellers and Wholesalers Sales Manager at Lenovo from 2006 to 2009. Ricardo then moved to Fujitsu Network Communications, where they worked as a Marketing Intelligence and Marketing Manager from 2009 to 2010. From 2010 to 2017, Ricardo held various roles at Telit, including MD and Head of Sales LATAM, and LATAM RSD (Regional Sales Director). Ricardo joined ACE Aceleratech in 2018 as a Startup Mentor and later became a Sales Director Latam at Quectel Wireless Solutions in the same year. Additionally, Ricardo is a Partner and Board Member at Coze since 2023 and an Investor at FDC>angels since 2023. Ricardo is also a Sócio at Amiste Café Campinas since 2016.
Ricardo Simon completed a PDC - Programa de Desenvolvimento de Conselheiro at Fundação Dom Cabral in 2022, focusing on Business Administration, Management, and Operations. Ricardo also pursued an Extension program in Advanced Topics of Business Strategy at the University of La Verne in 2014. In 2010-2011, they pursued a Post-Graduation program in Retail and Consumer Market at FIA - Fundação Instituto de Administração. In 2008, Ricardo completed Green Belt 6 sigma training. Ricardo received their Graduate and Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo between 2001 and 2005. Ricardo also holds a GreenBelt SixSigma certification.
