Madalitso Mkoloma

Madalitso Mkoloma is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in education, sports management, and content creation. Currently serving as the Director of Africation, an African history educational content company, Mkoloma also holds the positions of Senior Academy Scout at QPR FC and Academy Director at SEDA Management, focusing on developing young football talent. As the founder of the International Football Heritage Agency, Mkoloma has established connections with 91 FIFA member associations. Previous roles include Head of Behaviour and Engagement at Skinners' Academy and Head of Business Development for Africa and the Caribbean at Blueprint Sports & Entertainment. With a background in sports education, Mkoloma's qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Sports and Exercise Science with Business from the University of Roehampton and a Graduate Teacher Training Programme from Kingston University.
