Starlette Abad

Starlette Abad joined QueensCare Health Centers as the Director of Business Expansion in late 2021.

She has over fifteen years of business development experience in the healthcare industry. Starlette recently served as Vice President of Business Development Strategic Planning for Dignity Glendale Memorial Hospital and Health Center. She provided strategic direction and planning objectives that ensured continued operational growth relating to all medical departments and service lines. Starlette is a recognized leader in the industry with a proven ability to generate profitable service expansion initiatives.

Starlette holds a BA in Healthcare Administration, Marketing, and Communications from the University of Ashford. She also served as the Community Relations Commissioner for Monterey Park from 2005-2011.
