Andy Garside

Andy Garside possesses extensive experience in education and sports, currently serving as Junior Technical Director and Academy Head Coach at Olympic FC since January 2021. Garside has been involved with the Queensland Curriculum and Assessment Authority as an Assessor since December 2019, and has held various teaching roles at the Queensland Department of Education since March 2014. In addition to these responsibilities, Garside has served as Head Football Coach for 18 years Girls at Queensland Representative School Sport in 2023 and has extensive coaching experience with Metropolitan East School Sport. Prior roles include Football Academy Scout at Brisbane Roar FC and Assistant Principal and Director of Sport at Ernest Bevin College. Garside's educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Education from the University of Roehampton and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Greenwich.
