Oleksandra Polivana

Oleksandra Polivana has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Oleksandra began their career in 2016 at United Minerals Group, where they worked as a Business Development professional until 2018. Following that, they joined Europäische Jugendbildungs- und Jugendbegegnungsstätte Weimar - EJBW as a Project Manager Assistant from 2018 to 2019. In 2020, they transitioned to CULTURE GOES EUROPE (CGE) - Soziokulturelle Initiative Erfurt e.V. (CGE Erfurt e.V.) as a Project Manager, where they worked until September 2021. Next, they joined Staffbase in July 2021 as a Product Manager, and they continued in this role until March 2023. Currently, Oleksandra holds the position of Product Manager at Quentic starting from March 2023.

Oleksandra Polivana pursued their education in a chronological manner. Oleksandra first attended Donetsk National University from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Economics. Following this, from 2019 to 2021, they studied at Friedrich Schiller University Jena, earning a Master of Science (MS) degree with a focus on Economics. In addition to their formal education, Oleksandra has also obtained certifications in various areas. Oleksandra completed the "Product-Led Organisations" certification from Pendo.io in November 2022. Oleksandra also received certifications in the "Agile Product Owner Role: Foundations" and "Scrum: The Basics" from LinkedIn in October 2021. Finally, Oleksandra achieved the "Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)" certification from Scrum Alliance in May 2022.
