Pooja Gharat

Pooja Gharat has a diverse work experience in the field of quality analysis and business analysis. Pooja started their career in 2011 as a Software Associate at L&T Infotech, where they worked on the implementation of PAS for Commercial Auto Insurance. Pooja then joined iGate in 2014 as a Duckcreet Quality Analyst, where they played a key role in the conversion of legacy policies to Duckcreek PAS for Chubb and Sons Insurance. From 2015 to 2019, Pooja worked at Syntel Ltd., first as a Duckcreek Test Analyst for clients such as ProSight Specialty Insurance and West Bend Insurance, and then as a Senior Quality Analyst for State Street Bank and Trust Company. During their time at Syntel Ltd., they conducted requirements analysis, developed test documents, and performed defect analysis using various tools such as JIRA and SharePoint. Since 2019, Pooja has been working as a Business Analyst at Quess GTS.

Pooja Gharat completed their Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Computer Science from Maharashtra Institute of Technology, Pune, India from 2008 to 2011. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Novel Institute of Business Management and Research, Nigdi, Pune from 2012 to 2014.
