Rohan Nabar

Rohan Nabar is an experienced professional in talent development and learning, currently serving as Vice President - Group Head at Quess Corp Limited since October 2022. Prior roles include Head of Talent Consulting at KNOLSKAPE, Leadership Development Consultant at Swiggy, and Senior Facilitator for both The Painted Sky and UBQT Design Thinking School. Rohan also co-founded the Enneagram Academy of India and established an independent practice focusing on learning architecture and coaching. Prior experience includes leading Learning & Development for the Asia Pacific region at ZEISS Group, where notable achievements included corporate leadership development and the implementation of a networked learning organization. Rohan holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resource Management from the University of Mumbai.
