Eric Nichols

Eric Nichols is an accomplished operations manager currently serving at Quest Defense since December 2022. Previously, Eric held various leadership roles at the Jesuit Spiritual Center at Milford from August 2008 to December 2022, including Director of Youth Ministry & IT and Associate Director of Youth Ministry. Eric's earlier experience includes a position as a full-time substitute teacher at The Children's Home of Cincinnati from May 2005 to August 2008. Eric earned a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Xavier University’s Williams College of Business between 2015 and 2018 and a Bachelor of Arts in Theology from Xavier University from 2005 to 2008, having started studies at Purdue University in 2004.
