Lisa Hughes

Lisa Hughes is an accomplished logistics engineer with extensive experience in the defense industry. Currently serving as a Logistics Senior Lead Engineer and Subject Matter Expert at Quest Defense since December 2021, Lisa previously held notable positions at Lockheed Martin from April 1991 to July 2013, where responsibilities included serving as the F-35 Autonomic Logistics System Design Senior Manager and ALGS Chief Architect, leading a team of over 40 systems engineers. Earlier in their career, from April 1987 to 1991, Lisa worked as a Manufacturing Technology Engineer at General Dynamics, focusing on mainframe system structures for tooling, and was recognized with the Manufacturing Systems Engineer of the Year Award in 1991. Lisa holds a Master of Architecture in Computer Technology from Abilene Christian University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer/Information Technology Management from McMurry University.
