Stefanie Sandoval has a solid work history, starting in 2004 as a Data Entry/Scanning Associate at American National. Stefanie then moved on to Concentra Medical in 2006, where they worked as an Accounts Receivable/Deposit Reconciliation Associate, managing accounts receivables and processing payments.

In 2007, Stefanie joined Drillinginfo as a Quality Control I, responsible for managing permits and ensuring database integrity. Stefanie excelled in maintaining accurate and high-quality standards while using Java to map oil and gas wells.

Stefanie then worked at Waste Management starting in 2010, where they held the role of Billing Clerk and was later promoted to the role of Setup Coordinator - Lead. As the lead, they managed a team and coordinated the set-up of new accounts, providing training and implementing processes. Stefanie played a key role in setting up the department following a consolidation, hiring and training team members.

In 2013, Stefanie joined Quest Resource Management Group as an Accountant Specialist, before being promoted to Operations Accounting Supervisor. Stefanie supervised a team of accountants and oversaw accounting transactions, ensuring compliance with US GAAP guidelines and Sarbanes Oxley controls.

Later at Quest Resource Management Group, Stefanie served as a Sr. Client Service & Implementation Manager. In this role, they managed a team and handled client onboarding, training, and day-to-day account operations. Stefanie also acted as a liaison between customers and internal teams, identifying process improvements, negotiating supplier agreements, and reviewing pricing.

Currently, Stefanie holds the position of Director of Industrial Accounts at Quest Resource Management Group, where they continue to utilize their expertise in managing accounts and implementing environmental sustainability initiatives.

Stefanie Sandoval attended St. Gregorys University from 2001 to 2006, where they studied English Literature & History. Stefanie did not obtain a specific degree during this time.
