Ashland Jones, SHRM-SCP

Ashland Jones has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Recently, they worked as a Senior HR Generalist at Questco Companies starting in January 2023. Prior to that, from July 2021 to January 2023, they held the role of Senior Human Resources Generalist at Complete Employee Services. Ashland also has experience as a Human Resources Consultant/Manager at Employer Support Services from January 2017 to July 2021.

Before that, they served as a Human Resources Generalist at Coca-Cola Bottling Company UNITED, Inc. from December 2015 to April 2016, where they assisted in the acquisition of new bottling facilities and conducted hiring processes.

Ashland also worked as a Human Resources Analyst at the Department of Child and Family Services from August 2014 to June 2015, where they managed employee information and evaluated paperwork.

Ashland Jones, SHRM-SCP, has a strong education background in psychology and counseling. From 1990 to 1995, Ashland attended Louisiana State University and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. Following that, from 1995 to 1999, Ashland pursued two Master's Degrees at the New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. The first degree earned was a Master of Arts (MA) in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling, followed by a Master of Divinity (M.Div.) with a focus on Psychology.

In addition to their academic achievements, Ashland Jones holds the certification of SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from the institution SHRM. This certification was obtained in February 2016.
