Andrei Pechkurov

Andrei Pechkurov has been working in the software engineering industry since 2008. Andrei began their career at Kamelot, Ltd. as a Software Developer, where they were responsible for the development and support of internal RIA applications. In 2010, they moved to Gazproektengineering OJSC as a Lead Developer, where they were responsible for the development and support of different RIA applications. In 2014, they joined DSR Corporation as a Software Architect and Lead Software Engineer. In 2018, they moved to DataArt as a Senior Developer/Tech Lead/Architect. In 2019, they joined Hazelcast as a Senior Software Engineer. Finally, in 2021, they joined both QuestDB as a Core Database Engineer and ScyllaDB as a Senior Software Engineer.

Andrei Pechkurov received their Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Mathematics from Voronezh State University between 2009 and 2012. Andrei also received their Master's degree in Applied Mathematics from the same university between 2003 and 2009.
