Michael Binnion

Michael Binnion is the current President and Chief Executive Officer at Questerre Energy. Prior to this, they served as Chairman of the Canadian Taxpayers Federation from November 2003 to May 2015. Michael has also held positions at the Quebec Oil and Gas Association, High Arctic Energy Services, and Questerre Energy Corporation. In addition, they are a founding director of the Lesley Binnion Foundation for Disabled Sports. Prior to their work in the energy sector, Mr. Binnion worked as a Tax Manager at Ernst & Young from January 1982 to December 1988.

Michael Binnion's educational career began at Ross Sheppard High School, where they studied matriculation. Michael then attended the University of Alberta, where they earned a BComm in finance.
