Takudzwa Shana

Takudzwa 'Tkay' Shana is an experienced operations and events professional with a diverse background in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Questex since November 2024, Tkay's previous roles include Exhibition and Fringe Delivery Manager and Conferences Exhibition Manager at The Conservative Party, and Event Coordinator at the Police Federation of England and Wales. Tkay began a career in events at BT and gained additional experience with GSK, PennWell, and Arena International Events Group, among others. Educational qualifications include a degree in Event Management, Tourism, and Travel Services Management from the University of West London, alongside a BTEC national diploma in Business from Palmer's College. Tkay's foundational skills were developed at Sawyers Hall College, where GCSEs were earned.
