Susan Kownacki has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Susan most recently worked at Questline Digital as the VP of Account Services, where they focused on exceeding business goals through content marketing and digital engagement. Prior to that, Susan was the Director of Marketing at Apple Leisure Group (formerly Blue Sky Tours), where they led a team and oversaw all marketing efforts for the wholesale travel division. Susan also worked at Dymun + Company as an Account Director, providing branding and marketing services to clients in various sectors. Susan's early career included a role at Ericsson (formerly Marconi) as the Director of Global Market Intelligence, where they were responsible for market research and analysis to support sales and marketing teams.
Susan Kownacki has an MBA in Marketing from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. Susan also holds a BA in English & Communication from the University of Michigan. In addition to their degrees, Susan obtained a certification as a DMI Pro + AMA Certified Digital Marketing Professional from the Digital Marketing Institute in March 2023.
