Mike Shorts

Mike Shorts has extensive work experience in the engineering and fluid sealing industry. Mike started their career at Durabla Canada Ltd. in 1996, where they served as a Manager and later as the General Manager. In 2016, they joined Triangle Fluid Controls Ltd. as President and also served as Executive Vice President at Triangle Pump Components Inc. and DFT Inc. During their tenure at these companies, Mike gained valuable experience in manufacturing and providing fluid sealing solutions. In 2017, they became the President of Gasket Resources Inc., where they continued to lead the company in the fluid sealing industry. From 2019 to 2021, Mike served as the President of Durabla Asia Pte Ltd., focusing on sales and technical support for check valves and gasket products in the Asia Pacific region. Prior to their current role, Mike served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Engineer at Stenzel Sealing Solutions before joining Quetico Logistics, LLC in 2022 as the Chief Operating Officer. Mike's experience and expertise make him well-suited for leadership roles in the fluid sealing industry.

Mike Shorts has a diverse education history. Mike obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Smith School of Business at Queen's University.
