With a strong background at Siemens, Demont held various leadership roles, including Executive Vice President of Global Supply Chain and Director of Supply Chain for numerous regions, managing logistics operations and compliance across continents. Demont's career began at Siemens in 1993, progressing through multiple positions that laid a solid foundation in quality control, material handling, and electronic testing.
