Frankie Grundler

Frankie Grundler is an experienced business leader and entrepreneur, currently serving as the CEO and Founder of Quick Organics since January 2021, offering digital record-keeping solutions for organic certification. As a Co-Founder of the 2 Million Leaders Project since 2014, Frankie focuses on facilitating growth for executives and emerging leaders. Frankie was a Partner at Evolution from January 2018 to October 2023, where the consulting firm aimed at creating impactful careers and organizations. Previously, Frankie co-founded and led A New Path from 2010 to 2017 across multiple states. Additional roles include COO at Twin Peaks Utilities and Infrastructure and Operations Manager at Southwest Concrete Pumping, both involving operational development and policy implementation. Frankie also contributed as a Partner at Fauxcrete, specializing in decorative concrete construction. Frankie holds a degree from Colorado State University and attended the New York Film Academy in 2018.
