Michael Turner

Michael Turner is an experienced Video Teleconferencing Support Specialist Jr at Quick Services LLC (QSL) since August 2020, with responsibilities including the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of VTC and AV equipment, as well as supporting certification and accreditation for various VTC networks. Prior to QSL, Michael held roles as a Video Teleconference Facilitator at A-Tech Systems, Inc. and Dynamic Technology Systems, Inc., managing video conferencing systems and handling video capturing. Michael has a background in customer service from American Systems and served in the US Navy for over two decades, holding various positions including Non Commissioned Officer In Charge and Operations Specialist, managing personnel and tactical data link networks. Michael holds a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Columbia Southern University.
