Keith Norman

Keith Norman has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Keith began their career in 2005 as a Customer Support at Finecom Telecommunications AG and later joined Kern AG in 2008 as a System Specialist and Project Manager. In 2013, Keith returned to Finecom Telecommunications AG as a System Engineer, where they operated and supported IT systems and played a role in system installation and expansion.

In 2020, they became part of the management team at GRIP Climbing Biel/Bienne AG. Lastly, Keith joined Quickline AG in 2014, initially as a Teamleader in IT and Network Operations and later as the Service Owner for the IPTV platform "Verte", managing a large customer base. Keith's most recent position at Quickline AG is the Head of Operations Center, illustrating their leadership and operational expertise.

Keith Norman has a diverse education history. Keith completed their HF Studium in Medienwirtschaft und Medienmanagement at TSM Bern. In 2007, they attended Languages International Christchurch for an Advanced English course. Keith also earned MFI-Zertifikats in Webdesign, Webpublisher, and Webassistant from MTF Feusi in 2002 and 2001. Before that, they completed their Zahntechnische Berufsbildung und Allgemeinbildung at GIBB from 1995 to 1999, obtaining a Lehrabschluss.
