Vanessa Rangel

Vanessa Rangel is an experienced professional in human resources and recruiting, currently serving as the HR and Carrier Relations Manager at QuickLoad since November 2021. In this role, Vanessa has successfully created over 100 Interstate Carriers while ensuring compliance with DOT regulations, safety, and operational standards across Miami, Florida, and other states. Prior to QuickLoad, Vanessa worked as a Recruiting Manager at Workforce Brokers LLC from August 2018 to October 2021, where responsibilities included fulfilling staffing requirements in various industries and training new recruiters at the corporate office and in different locations. Vanessa holds a degree from Universidad Industrial de Santander, completed between 2011 and 2016.
