Customer Success & Experience at Quickwork

Kiran Tawari has been working with Quickwork since 2016. From 2016 to 2019, they held the role of Senior Customer Relationship Officer, where they built client relationships, contacted customers to explain new product features and updates, and resolved customer queries. In 2019, they took on the role of Customer Success & Experience and Business Development Manager. In this role, they were responsible for Quickwork, a no-code, real-time, enterprise iPaaS with 1,000+ pre-integrated apps to build enterprise and consumer workflows, publish APIs, and manage conversations.

Kiran Tawari has a diverse educational background. From 2000 to 2010, they attended Hiranandani Foundation School, Thane. From 2012 to 2016, they studied at the University of Mumbai and earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunications. In 2018, they completed their Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General at the National College of Ireland. Additionally, Kiran has obtained four certifications from LinkedIn in 2019: Creating a Positive Customer Experience, Customer Experience: Journey Mapping, Design Thinking: Customer Experience, and Thomas A. Stewart and Patricia O'Connell on Designing and Delivering Great Customer Experience.
