Barbara Kempf

Barbara Kempf is an experienced Senior Technical Support Specialist currently with QuidelOrtho since October 2017, previously holding the same title at Alere, Inc. from 2006 to October 2017. Demonstrating a strong background in technical support for diagnostic products and molecular biology research, Barbara has created training materials, mentored new hires, and ensured FDA compliance in complaint reviews. Prior to Alere, Barbara served as a Technical Support Scientist at Invitrogen, where responsibilities included leading technical documentation improvements and supporting product development. Barbara's early career includes a post-doctoral associate position at The Scripps Research Institute. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Molecular Biology from the University of Iowa, a BA in Biology from Northwestern University, and postdoctoral training focused on Oncogenesis at Scripps Research.
