Michael Cowan

Michael Cowan is a Performance Improvement Consultant currently working with Quiktrak, LLC since November 2022, where responsibilities include developing performance support solutions aimed at enhancing productivity and reducing attrition among a global team of independent contractors. Since January 2022, Michael has also contributed to the Marginalized and Cross-Cultural Research & Design Learning Tech Group (MarCC Lab), co-writing and directing a food safety refresher video for the Idaho Foodbank. Prior experience includes freelance video production services from November 2016 to August 2021, ownership of Heartbeest Productions from January 2005 to December 2015, and serving as an Executive Producer at CommotionMachine Media between August 2011 and November 2014. Education includes a Master's degree in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning from Boise State University and a BFA in Film and Television from New York University.
