Danielle Duchaine

Danielle Duchaine has a strong background in leadership and management roles. Danielle currently holds the position of Director of Agent Engagement at Quility Insurance since 2023. Prior to this, Danielle worked at RH as a People Leader from 2017 to 2022. Danielle also worked as a Store Manager at Michael Kors from 2015 to 2017. Before that, they had a role as a Merchandise Team Manager at Macy's from 2014 to 2015. Danielle began their career at Target in 2009, where they held several positions, including Human Resources Business Partner, Group Training Leader, and Executive Team Leader. Danielle demonstrated expertise in talent development, onboarding, and strategy implementation during their time at Target. Danielle Duchaine obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the College of Charleston, graduating between 2004 and 2008.
