Emilia Friedberg

Emilia Friedberg is a senior software engineer at Quill.org. Emilia previously worked as a laboratory assistant at St. John's College in Santa Fe, and as a summer intern and museum guide at the American Philosophical Society in Philadelphia.

Friedberg's work as a laboratory assistant involved supervising students and executing experiments relevant to quantum mechanics and biology. As an intern, they researched and wrote summaries for an exhibit on Thomas Jefferson. And as a museum guide, they led tours and provided information about the exhibits to visitors.

Friedberg's experience in both science and history makes their uniquely qualified for their current position at Quill.org, where they use their knowledge to develop educational software that helps students learn to write better.

They are on a team with Thomas Robertson - Senior Software Engineer II, Eric Adams - Software Engineer II, and Taha Adib - Associate Data Product Manager. Their manager is Daniel Drabik, Chief Technology Officer.
