Nicole Gandel

Nicole Gandel is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in event management, partnerships, and legal advisory. Currently serving as the Head of Partnerships at Quintessentially since February 2021, Nicole has previously held key roles in various organizations, including Events and Partnerships Manager at Quintessentially, Events & Sales at Pt. Leo Estate, and Director of Events Marketing and Business Development at M/Y Corroboree. With a background in luxury fashion and experiential marketing from AGENC Experiential & Digital Marketing and Kristin Banta Events, Nicole has successfully coordinated high-budget events and brand activations. Nicole’s legal expertise was honed at Arnold Bloch Leibler, where strategic employment advice was provided on workplace issues. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB)(Honours) and Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Monash University, a Diploma of Event Planning and Management from the College of Event Management, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Miami.
