Kelby Barton

Kelby Barton is a General Counsel and Company Secretary at Quiq since August 2021. Prior to this, Kelby served as General Counsel at Avast from 2014 to March 2021, where they also held the title of Deputy General Counsel. Before Avast, Kelby worked at Oracle from 2012 to 2014 as a Managing Counsel in the Legal Department. Kelby's professional journey also includes being the V.P. & Assistant General Counsel at RightNow Technologies, Inc. from 2008 to 2012, which was later acquired by Oracle. Additionally, Kelby held the position of Senior Counsel at Thomson Reuters from 2002 to 2008. Kelby has a Juris Doctor degree and a BFA from the University of Colorado Boulder.
