Luis Porto, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning various managerial roles in the logistics and operations industry. Luis started their career at Quality Custom Distribution in 2010, where they held positions such as Transportation Supervisor, Transportation Manager, Distribution Center Manager, and finally, as the General Manager from October 2017 to March 2019.

In 2019, Luis joined Quirch Foods as the Safety, Compliance, and Operations Process Control Manager in March, and later transitioned into roles with increasing responsibilities. Luis served as the Operations Development Manager from October 2019 to October 2020, Operations Development & Integration Manager from October 2020 to June 2021, Sr Manager of Operations Development from June 2021 to February 2022, and then as the Director of Operations Development from February 2022 to February 2023. Luis is currently working as the Director of Implementation & Process Improvement at Quirch Foods, where they have been since February 2023.

Luis Porto, MBA, holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of Miami Herbert Business School, which they obtained from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they pursued their undergraduate studies at the Florida International University - College of Business, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Management from 2007 to 2013. Luis'seducation also includes an Associates degree in Chemistry from Miami Dade College, which they completed from 2004 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, Luis has obtained certifications in programming, including "Programming for Everybody (Getting Started with Python)" and "Python Data Structures," which they received from Coursera Course Certificates in October 2016.
