Dr. OzRa Dunlap, D. M. has extensive work experience in various industries. They began their career in 1998 as an Operations Program Manager at LWJ ASSOCIATES Inc. In 2002, they transitioned to a Business Sales Supervisor role at Verizon, where they worked until 2007. Dr. OzRa Dunlap then joined Layne Inliner LLC in 2008 as a Project Manager, responsible for managing field projects worth $21 million annually. They held this position until 2014 when they became a Sales & Service Center Leader at Aon. In this role, they led daily operations and Medicare sales campaigns, driving organic revenue growth to $81 million in 2018. In 2019, Dr. OzRa Dunlap joined Web Benefits Design as a Client Implementation Manager, where they redesigned the client implementation process and actively managed multiple client timelines. Currently, Dr. OzRa Dunlap is a Senior Human Resources Manager at Quirch Foods, where they oversee the health benefits program and created a Project Management Office to track and implement new HR projects.
Dr. OzRa Dunlap, D.M., has a strong educational background in business and organizational leadership. In 2014, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Finance and Financial Management Services from the University of Phoenix. Building on this foundation, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Phoenix from 2016 to 2018, specializing in Business Administration and Management, Human Resources, and Operations Management.
Driven by their passion for organizational leadership, Dr. Dunlap then enrolled in the University of Phoenix's Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership program. Currently, from 2018 to 2023, they are working towards their doctorate in Organizational Leadership.
