Hector Quiroga began their work experience in 2003 as a Casualty Claim Examiner at Safeco Insurance, where they handled claims and made coverage and liability decisions. From 2007 to 2008, they worked as a Legal Intern/Project Manager Coordinator at World Relief, conducting legal research and drafting various legal documents. In 2008, they had multiple roles, including a Correspondant at The Spokesman-Review, a Law Clerk (extern) for Chief Judge Robert H. Whaley at the United States Federal Courts, and a Law Clerk at the Washington Attorney General Office. In 2009, they became an Attorney at Law and partner at Quiroga Law Office, PLLC, specializing in immigration law. Starting in 2015, they also worked as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Gonzaga University School of Law, teaching students about practice management and litigation strategies.
