Diogo Machado has a long and varied work experience. Diogo began their career in 2007 as a Business Developer for Itaú Bank, where they were responsible for customer relationships and commercial advice on the Financial Institution's products. In 2009, they moved to Unimed Florianópolis as a Sales Agent, where they were responsible for outbound sales of Unimed health plans and generated approximately R$ 1.5 million in revenue over the period. That same year, they began working at the Lagoa Social Institute as a Fiscal Council Consultant and Auditor. In 2012, they became a Partner at Facecake. In 2014, they moved to EDM Softwares as a Sales Manager. In 2016, they became a Partner and Creative Director at Glóbulo, where they managed 60+ projects ranging from company repositioning to the development of new business models and products. In 2018, they began working as a Startups Mentor at LinkLab ACATE. In 2020, they became Co-founder and CMO at Quiron Digital, where they were responsible for the entire market vertical, sales, positioning, and brand touchpoints. That same year, they also became Director at Original.Market, where they were responsible for the development of new products and services. In 2022, they began working as a Professor at The CMOs Marketers.
Diogo Machado completed their Bachelor's degree in Administration from SOCIESC / FGV between 2005 and 2012. Prior to that, they attended Colégio Coração de Jesus from 1994 to 2004, where they completed their Middle and High School education.
