Dan Schuleman

Dan Schuleman is the Co-Founder and CEO of Qumis, where the focus is on developing an AI Copilot for Complex Risks since January 2023. Prior to this role, Dan was a DeputyGC Charter Member at TechGC, participating in a peer community for sharing legal knowledge from September 2021 to September 2023. At Kin Insurance, Dan served as Associate General Counsel, providing strategic legal advice on transactional and regulatory matters from July 2021 to December 2022. Earlier experience includes positions as Associate at Clark Hill Law and Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP, providing counsel to insurers on liability risks, and as an Associate at Nicolaides Fink Thorpe Michaelides Sullivan LLP, litigating complex commercial insurance disputes. Dan's judicial experience includes serving as a Judicial Extern for Hon. Eric I. Long in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of Illinois. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts with honors from Northwestern University and a Doctor of Law from the University of Illinois College of Law.
