Ilana Trager has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Starting in 1995, they worked as an Annual Fund Coordinator at the Pacific Science Center, where they coordinated fundraising activities and managed the Paciolan database for campaign needs. From 1997 to 2003, they served as the Information Systems Manager at the Bellevue Art Museum, overseeing networks and IT projects.

In 2004, Ilana joined Group Health Cooperative as a Project Manager, responsible for managing IT infrastructure projects and leading the RFP and technical review process. Ilana later became a Supervisor of Tech Support, managing complex IT infrastructure and security projects, and overseeing a team.

In 2012, Ilana joined F5 Networks as a Program Manager, and later became the Manager of New Product Intro, leading a team responsible for ensuring service readiness and improving customer experience. In 2018, they moved to Qumulo and served as a Sr Program Manager for New Product Introduction, establishing release planning practices and overseeing new product launches.

Ilana has since held roles at Qumulo such as Senior Manager of Program Management, where they focused on cross-functional structures and team building, and Director of Product and Engineering Operations. Currently, they serve as the Director of Security and Privacy Compliance at Qumulo, where they create and updates security and privacy policies and guides their implementation.

Throughout their career, Ilana has demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in project and program management, as well as a focus on improving customer experience and achieving financial results.

Ilana Trager attended Pace University from 1990 to 1993, studying English Language and Literature. However, they stopped short of earning their Bachelor's degree. Prior to attending Pace University, they briefly attended Simon's Rock in 1989, but did not obtain a degree or declare a field of study. In 2013, they obtained a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
