Hisanori Kusaka has over 25 years of experience in various human resources roles. Hisanori started their career at SEGA Enterprises, where they worked as a Supervisor of Human Resources for seven years, taking on responsibilities such as recruiting, training, and public relations. Hisanori then joined Accenture as a Specialist in Recruiting, where they focused on campus recruitment and implementing recruitment systems. After Accenture, they worked at Bearingpoint (formerly KPMG Consulting) as a Senior Manager of Resource Management, overseeing a team of consultants and managing project assignments. Hisanori then joined Tera Probe, Inc, a spin-out company from Elpida Memory, as the Chief Administrative Officer, where they helped build the company from its early stages and managed a team of 1,000 employees. Later, they joined Amkor Technology as the Director of Human Resources for Amkor Technology Japan, reporting directly to the US headquarters. Currently, they are working as the Human Resources Director at QUNIE Corporation.
Hisanori Kusaka completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics from National Shinshu University, attending from 1987 to 1992. Prior to that, they attended Seto High School in Okayama from 1984 to 1987. Their education history does not indicate any other degrees or fields of study. In addition to their education, Kusaka holds several certifications. In 1995, they obtained a certification as an Employment Counselor for People with Disabilities from the Disabled Persons Employment Promotion Association. In the same year, they also obtained a National Health Supervisor, Class 1 certification from the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. More recently, in 2012, Kusaka obtained a certification as a Fire Prevention Supervisor, Class A from Yokohama City.
