Matt Briant

Matt Briant is an experienced planning professional currently serving as a Senior Planner at Quod since March 2019. Prior to this role, Matt held various positions including Associate and Principal Town Planner at DOMINIC LAWSON BESPOKE PLANNING LTD, and Planning Team Leader for the North Area at Elmbridge Borough Council, where responsibilities included managing planning officers and advising senior stakeholders on Development Management. Matt also accumulated significant experience as a Senior Planning Officer and Planning Officer at Tandridge District Council. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Planning and Sustainability from Kingston University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from the University of Warwick. Matt is a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
