Hakan I.

Hakan I. has a diverse and extensive work experience in software development and architecture. Hakan started their career as a Senior Java Developer and Team Leader at SoftTech A.ş in 2004, where they worked on several projects related to customer-centric transformation in the Stock Exchange, Credit Card, and Commercial Banking departments. During this time, they also led the Java transformation of mainframe-based COBOL services and developed a common services infrastructure using JEE technologies.

In 2011, Hakan joined Etcbase Yazılım ve Bilişim Teknolojileri A.Ş. as a Senior Java Developer and Architect. Here, they worked on the Non-performing Loans Project, which involved transforming a client-server-based modular system into a multi-tiered architecture using Java and open source technologies. Hakan also migrated necessary data from the legacy system, developed front-end views with backend integrations using Adobe Flex, and utilized Activiti as a BPM solution for processes.
