Kushanavo Rakshit

Kushanavo Rakshit has a diverse and varied work experience. They began their career as a Graphic Design Intern at Oasis Infobyte in 2023. They also worked as a Freelance Writer for the International Association of Professional Writers and Editors (IAPWE). In the same year, they held memberships at the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) and the American Society of Civil Engineers, both as Student Members. They were also a Core Member at Educid - Education World.

In 2020, they worked as a Content Creator for Quora. In 2023, they interned as a Campus Ambassador at the International Model United Nations Association (IMUNA) and as an HRM Intern at Lernx. They also had the role of a Campus Ambassador at Internshala. Additionally, they worked as a Content Developer Intern at The Sparks Foundation.

Overall, Kushanavo Rakshit has gained experience in various fields, including graphic design, writing, civil engineering, education, and human resource management.

Kushanavo Rakshit completed their primary education at Vidyasagar Shishu Niketan from 2009 to 2013. Kushanavo then attended St. Pauls Mission School from 2013 to 2021, where they obtained their Secondary Education degree in the field of Science.

After completing their secondary education, Kushanavo Rakshit enrolled in Heritage Institute of Technology in 2021 and pursued a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electrical Engineering. Kushanavo studied at Heritage Institute of Technology for one year before transferring to the Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology (IIEST), Shibpur in 2022. At IIEST Shibpur, they pursued a BTech degree in Civil Engineering, which they are expected to complete in 2026.

In addition to their formal education, Kushanavo Rakshit also obtained multiple certifications through virtual internship programs. In 2023, they completed programs with institutions such as Wells Fargo, KPMG, SAP, Boston Consulting Group (BCG), John Holland, Tata Group, Amazon Web Services (AWS), HSBC, and Goldman Sachs.
