Yifan Pan (Eliza)

Yifan (Eliza) Pan has work experience in various roles and companies. Yifan(Eliza) began their career as a software engineer at Quora in 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a software engineer intern at Taobao, a division of Alibaba Group, from May 2019 to August 2019. During this internship, they built modules using Spring and React.js to improve user conversion rates through push notifications. Yifan(Eliza) also created modules for uploading commodity information, including both the front-end web page and back-end system. In addition, they identified and resolved push notification malfunctions, resulting in a significant increase in the number of successful pushes per day. Before their professional software engineering roles, Yifan played for the Chinese National Women's Lacrosse Team as a team player from April 2015 to April 2018.

Yifan (Eliza) Pan obtained their Bachelor's degree from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics from 2014 to 2018. Yifan(Eliza) then pursued a Master's degree at Carnegie Mellon University from 2018 to 2019. In addition to their academic qualifications, Yifan also obtained the ACCA Professional level certification from ACCA in July 2018 and the CFA level I certification from the CFA Institute in July 2018.
