John Nugent

John Nugent has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. John started their career as a Machine Operator at Tenaris in 2011 and later worked as a Construction Crew member at AW Construction in 2012. In 2014, they became a Warehouse Manager/Delivery Driver at Cam-Tech Products Inc.

In 2016, John transitioned to the film industry, working as a Production Assistant for various projects, including the short film "Petnap," "King Baby Productions," and "Dakota Pictures: 12 Deadly Days of Christmas." John also served as a Set Dresser PA, responsible for decorating sets and handling special effects.

John's experience in the film industry continued in 2017 when they worked as a Production Assistant for Netflix, gaining valuable communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Simultaneously, they worked as an Operations Manager for WAEI, where they learned how to manage a janitorial crew and adapt to changing circumstances, such as implementing new sanitization procedures during the COVID-19 pandemic.

More recently, in 2021, John joined TC Energy as a Business Process Analyst, where they created business use cases and facilitated conversations with stakeholders to develop data dashboards and reports that generated $8M in business value. John transitioned to Quorum Software in 2022, starting as a Customer Success Engineer I.

John Nugent completed their Master of Science degree in Business Analytics from The University of Kansas School of Business in the year 2021. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from The University of Kansas in the years 2018-2020. John also attended The University of Texas at Arlington from 2012-2014, although the exact details of their degree and field of study are unknown.
