Shashitheran Thamotharem

Shashitheran Thamotharem has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Shashitheran most recently worked as a Senior Project Manager at Quorum Software starting in June 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of RAC APAC Senior Project Manager at Schneider Electric from November 2022 to June 2023. Before that, they worked at Rheinmetall as an AIC Program Director L400Ph2 from January 2022 to November 2022, and as an AIC Project Manager from October 2020 to December 2021.

In their earlier roles, Shashitheran worked as a Project Manager at TechnipFMC from September 2018 to October 2020. Shashitheran also served as the General Manager of Operations at TSH Resources BHd from July 2016 to August 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Aker Solutions as a Project Manager from July 2010 to June 2016, and as a Project Planner from April 2008 to June 2010.

Shashitheran started their career as a Supply Chain Engineer at Freescale Semiconductor from November 2006 to March 2008. Shashitheran then worked as a Global Desktop Engineer at Electronic Data Systems from July 2005 to September 2006. Their early experience includes working as a Global Support Executive at HSBC Data Processing (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd from July 2004 to June 2005.

Shashitheran Thamotharem completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, Finance from the University of Southern Queensland between 2013 and 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Greenwich, which took place from 2001 to 2004. In terms of additional certifications, Shashitheran Thamotharem obtained the PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner CPD certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in September 2020.
